The Joint Doctoral Program for Sustainability Research is a three-year doctoral program offered at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies (TUFS), Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (TUAT), and the University of Electro-Communications (UEC), as part of a cooperative initiative of the three universities. The total program intake is eleven (three for TUFS, four for TUAT, and three for UEC). The Program welcomes not only master’s students of TUFS, TUAT, and UEC, but also master’s students in other academic fields, working adults, and international students. Those who are interested in this Program are expected to apply through one of the three universities which must be the one to which their preferred research advisor belongs. Professors from all three universities will jointly supervise the enrolled students. There are April and October admissions, and applicants are free to apply for both. Please be aware that the application period differs depending on the university.
This PDF is a full-version; you can print out the forms and use them for application. Printed version of the leaflet is available at each university.
